How long is production and shipping time?
We ship orders Monday – Saturday. Orders in stock will be shipped in 1-2 business days. Orders including backordered items may take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to 1-2 months – please be prepared to wait if you order a backordered item. You can always email firstname.lastname@example.org for updates on your backorder as well. Our Economy Mail generally takes 3-10 business days, but may take less time or a little more time based on postal service volume.

Return & Exchange Policy
Unused items may be returned within 30 days of the original order delivery date. Returns are paid by the buyer. Used items will only be accepted if they are damaged upon delivery. Please send a photo of the damaged product and order number to email@example.com.
