How are orders packaged?
We understand the need for privacy. Our packages come in plain, unmarked boxes or mailer bags. The only reference to the brand is the return address name, “Coast To Coast Connection LTD"
How long is production and shipping time?
We ship orders Monday – Saturday. Orders in stock will be shipped in 1-2 business days. Orders including backordered items may take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to 1-2 months – please be prepared to wait if you order a backordered item. You can always email for updates on your backorder as well. Our Economy Mail generally takes 3-10 business days, but may take less time or a little more time based on postal service volume.
How do I track my order?
You will be sent a tracking number via e-mail or text.
What happens if my order gets lost?
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if your order gets lost. We will work with you to replace your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most locations worldwide. International orders can take 5 – 20 business days to arrive, depending on location.
How do I change my shipping address?
We can change your address until your order is marked as shipped. Please email email@example.com with your order number and updated address.
Unused items may be returned within 30 days of the original order delivery date. Returns are paid by the buyer. Used items will only be accepted if they are damaged upon delivery. Please send a photo of damaged product and order number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges on damaged items are permitted. Please contact us at email@example.com with a photo of your damaged item,
including order number.

We accept PayPal as well as all major credit cards via Square. We accepts checks and wire transfers for wholesale orders as well.
